Germain Toyota

I have leased 3 cars from Germain Toyota and have always found the sales personnel and the service to be very pleasant and accommodating. When I've had my car in for service, the service was always completed in less time than the service department personnel told me. I would recommend Germain Toyota to anyone I know who is in the market for a new or used Toyota. They are top notch!!

STAY AWAY TOTAL RIPOFF ARTISTS. I called about a car was told to come look at it car was on the lot. Drove 40 minutes to the lot parked and the first vulture was there waiting " Marcus Viega" but the car wasn't slimeball wants to pass the buck to GM Rick Gatliff who apperantly Is just as slimy as Viega., After 25 minutes I was told the car wasn't there is was at the repair shop but nothing was wrong with it just policy . I was assured " it's a nice. Car with no issues" then I was told the car has issues and was being fixed. which is it?? 2 days later the car might be here later this afternoon. And it gets better! Germaine bought the car for $28000 and wanted $34000. I know they need to make a buck but get real, especially after you jerk somebody around for 3 days! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! OR TIME!!!

I live all the way in Fort Myers, FL which tis a place where there are many car dealership around. But price is not the only thing that matters. Being well treated by a friendly and experienced seller is part of the deal. Marcus Veiga helped me with the best deal and clarified everything that I did not understand at first; in other words, he helped me in an overall. The other best part is that I left Germain Toyota satisfied with a newer car and a smile on my face. Thank you Marcus, I had a great experience by buying this vehicle over there! Great work!!! Ray

My visit at Germain Toyota was excellent. I went in to service my Camry I was met at the car then invited to come in. As usual Mr. Richard Estes was very professional to explain what needed to be done in the car and took control of my order from beginning to the end. I was very happy. I was later introduced to the new buying program and wind up leaving with a bran new Camry 2015 where Felipe Medina showed his patience and knowledge of the product he is selling. He is quite a remarquable salesman.

Frank Lopez was great when I brought my Highlander in for service. He met me at the car as I drove into the service department and as we discussed the services I needed to have performed, he was kind, attentive, professional. Great experience!

Marcus Veigo helped my mother not only purchase a nice car but went out of his way to come pick her up at home and bring her to the dealership. He handled all the financing allowing her the opportunity to repair her credit. We will definitely tell our friends to come to Germain next time they need a new or used car. Thank you, Marcus!
