I wish I was able to leave a better review, but the truth is that I did not have a good experience with this dealership. I have a 2025 Black Label with 7K miles on it. I took it in for an oil change and clicking noise that I heard in the dash. I was told that they would go ahead and perform the 10K service on it since I was 3K miles shy. They said it would take 3 hours so I left it there overnight. When I picked it up I was told that they couldn't hear the clicking noise which I thought was odd because I hear it every single time I turn the car on and it has been happening consistently for the last month but sometimes mechanics cannot recreate the noise so I accepted it. My bill was $171.16 but after they applied my rewards it came to $68.30 out of pocket. I thought that it was odd that I had to pay for standard service since it was my first visit and the first 4 are included in Black Label's maintenance plan, but I figured I would check my contract when I got home. I noticed that I was also charged $40.95 for a 44K fuel system cleaner which the service department said that they recommend every 3K-5K miles. This is my first time ever hearing this and didn't have this done on my previous Black Label Navigator. I got in the car to head home and heard the clicking immediately once I started the car. There is no way that the mechanic didn't hear this. It happens every single time I start my car and has been going on for the last 30 days. I noticed that my tires were not rotated and I know this because last month I had one of them plugged and that tire was marked and in the same spot. On my way home my windshield wiper alert came on to tell me that I was low on fluid. This was concerning since the service report said that they topped all my fluids and inspected my wiper blades which do not wipe evenly. I called the dealership about the bill and they indicated that they made a mistake and charged me for the visit not realizing it was covered under the Black Label agreement. I was told that everything was covered except the fuel system cleaner. If it is recommended, that is fine but usually a dealership will call me beforehand to let me know of the recommendation so that I can approve it before the work is done and I am charged for it. I think that it is odd to begin with given that it is a brand new car and I have never had this in the past with Lincoln, however, I digress. So at the end of the day the dealership had my car for the afternoon and I got an oil change, they re-programmed a recall alert for my 3rd row seats, and a car wash for $171.16. I am giving them 2 stars because the service rep was very polite and gave me the credit when I called back but that is all that I can say about this visit. I was charged for a filter but to be honest, I don't know if that was replaced considering my tire rotation and fluids weren't topped like indicated. I went to this dealership because it was 15 mins from my house but I have had better experience driving an hour away to a Black Label dealership over the last 4 years so I will continue to go there in the future.

My vehicle purchased from in 2017 from (Karras) has never been serviced by any shop other than yours— so I was shocked to know all 20 lug nuts were poor! Might that have been caused by the mechanics who put first set of tires on my car and the routine rotating my tires with oil changes. Check my records, you’re the only shop to care for my car. Professional and communicative very good.
Professional and communicative very good. I had the car towed in over the weekend. Karras Lincoln did diagnostics and identified the issue, which was easy to correct and get the vehicle back on the road!

This was my first time using a car dealership for service as my husband always serviced the cars. Daniel did an amazing job. He told me how long it would take to service it and what they did. When I picked up my car, it was immaculate. I highly recommend using Daniel at Alex Caris Lincoln.
