When I bring my Lincoln in for servicing I know the Agent I'm going to get is knowledgeable, is going to provide information about what my Lincoln is going to need and why...nothing is going to be added or suggested (as I've seen at other Dealerships) and the work is going to be done right the first time. Recently I had an issue and got advice from Shawn which allowed me to make a good decision that gave me confidence (what and why) that I was doing what was necessary and safe going forward. Reasonable pricing and having what was needed (in stock) made everything right. I couldnt wait a few days as I use my car almost daily. Shawn went over everything before I signed and went over everything when the work was done.

My whole experience with Al Piemonte Lincoln has been great! Sean Tyrone was my sales representative and he was great! Had a Lincoln MKX for 10 years and it was time to trade..Sean answered all my questions and help program my car.. Service even included coming to my house to set my car remote.. My MKX was a great car and I had no problems with it. I hope my luck continues with the new corsair.

Just received my first mobile service from Al Piemonte Lincoln yesterday. Christian was my service Tech and he was fantastic. He was on time, professional, very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I can't say anything bad about this dealership and my experience. From Roberto, my sales rep to Jake the manager, and Ryan the GM, I was very impressed and felt very accommodated and cared for. I felt I got a good deal with my new Nautilus (which I love). Roberto was very patient with all my text questions and answered immediately. Was the shortest time I'd ever spent purchasing and picking up a vehicle at a dealership! Very much appreciated. I WILL go back for service and probably my next car. Some people put in their reviews the building needs updating, but I say keep the prices low and don't go overboard, and who cares if you can be in and out in a short time!

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Frustrated with the dealership where I purchased my SUV, I decided to contact Alex dealership for service. Stephanie was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. She provided me with a loaner vehicle that was very well kept, as well as put my mind at ease that everything would be taken care of. I also had my SUV detailed during the servicing. After a 35-minute drive, Loren Burway delivered my vehicle in Presteigne condition. It looked like it was just driven off the display floor. Brought my vehicle in due to a cold start rattle. They said it needed cam phaser repair. After repair was completed, same rattling noise still happens upon cold starts. Now they tell me the noise I'm hearing is normal for my vehicle. Weird how it wasn't normal when they diagnosed it the first time.
