I buy a new car and I am no happy with the car we back a next day for ask if is possible change the car for a one a little more big and the manager is so rude no explained nothing only say no you no can?t ??

Took my car in for repair, it was returned incomplete. Service manager promised to replace missing parts and failed to do so. Many follow up conversations to get this done that went unanswered. Terrible Service

This was by far the smoothest car purchase I have ever had! I worked with Eddie in the sales department who was wonderful. I live over an hour away and he was able to send me additional pictures of the vehicle before I made the drive down. When I returned later that afternoon to purchase the car, the finance process was quick and we were on the way home in no time! I had some additional questions a few days after the sale and Eddie was right there to assist.

Since I am so busy, I usually do not make an appointment to service my car at Cox. I just drive in, and they let me through. Been servicing my cars here since 2011. Great service. My advisor yesterday was Raymond Orin JR. I explained what I needed done and he got it done. Today, I had a question and called. He wasn't available at the moment, but he did call me back in about ten minuets. He answered all of my questions and I was happy with the service. Good Job!
