We get great service at Gettel. The techs are knowledgeable and efficient as well as the service writers.

Knot happy I have warranty that covers tires they didn't replace tire hope I know trouble I have drive 1100 miles on the highway to get home. When I payed for warranty and it says bumper to bumper it should. have been replaced

This dealer ship was extremely nice . We went to the Lakewood location first and didn’t find anything we were interested in , so we decided to come to this location and found everything we wanted in a car .

Evan was able to replace my tire with a new tire under the tire warranty. He did a good job of getting me in to the Service Department during a very busy Saturday.

The Service writer Jeff was great . If I had one complaint it would be that my airbox was not connected and noticed when I was driving down the street So I had to pull over and reconnect my airbox not a big deal but makes me worried that something else not connected properly

They went above and beyond to make my sale very satisfying. I appreciate all that the did for me and would recommend them to anybody. Thank you again

Was done pretty quickly. However, along with my 20,000 mile service I had paid to have my wipers replaced. Well when I left I turned on my wipers and realized that they had not been done even though I paid for the service. Then I checked to see if my air filter had been replaced because it was part of the matinence and discovered that it was still dirty and a new one had not been put in. I called immediately when I noticed and was told to bring it back. I did and thankfully the parts were put in but it was disappointing. It just makes me wonder if f I should always be double checking to see if the work is actually getting done.

I received kind attention when I arrived to inspect a car that was advertised. The salesperson was very efficient and all went smoothly. I was very pleased.

Everyone was so helpful. Was my first time getting a car and they made everything easy.
