I bought a new Pilot north of Nashville last fall. After driving to Bradenton for vacation, my first maintenance reminder popped up, I called my hometown dealership and they were zero help. Three days later, they're still trying to sell me another car instead of listening to my message or reading my emails. With Hendrick Honda, they had a real person answering the phone, listening to my questions, giving me actual information, and set me an appointment. I actually ended up at a different dealership than where I set the appointment (same owner), but Vivan was so helpful, informative, and friendly. My car was ready in no time and they even sent me a video of all the mechanics in my vehicle. I could not be more impressed or at ease before my 750+ mile trip home to my clueless hometown dealership.

Great routine maintenance efficient, fast, professional, and polite. They finished about 30 minutes before expected. They washed the car free. I love they have snacks and ice cold bottled water on a hot day.

I purchased a used CRV last year, at Hendrick Honda Of Bradenton. My overall experience has been top notch. From the purchasing experience with Parnell, to the routine maintenance in the service department. Vivian, my service advisor, has taken really good care of me and my Honda CRV. The other day I noticed a piece of metal in my tire. I called Vivian, and she got me in right away. The item was removed, and I was reassured that everything was A-OK. I feel a little silly about the next one. I ran over a curb in a parking lot really hard. Called Vivian my service advisor, she got me in right away. They checked out the undercarriage which was fine. However it was out of alignment. The service team took care of it, and once again I left the service bay feeling reassured that everything was A-OK. Vivian is the best service advisor I could?ve hoped for. She explains things in a manner that I can understand. She advises me on the timing of routine maintenance, that will keep my warranty up-to-date. I would certainly recommend Vivian and the whole team of Hendrick Honda of Bradenton to my friends and family. They definitely deserve a five star rating.

John is great. He takes time to explain repairs, makes scheduling easy and always has a smile the facilities are always spotless The work is done well
