Ted was great to work with even Donovan did a great job. They treated us fairly. But when it came to finance department there was some miscommunication between them and the sales. Costing me an additional 1000$ so just beware when you go into finance.

There were times when he wasn?t around, yet I still received top notch service. I recommend every Honda owner to trust your car in Hendrick?s hands.

8/18/2026. Basic service on my 2025 Odyssey. Service Advisor, TAMMY, again was attentive and professional. She recommended air and cabin air filters as they were pretty dirty. I always trust her judgement as she never tries to up-sell or oversell any service. A fast basic oil change and tire rotation with filter changes and safety inspection. Thanks for a job well done.
