I live in Minnesota but saw my ultimate truck listed on line at Sarasota Ford . Purchasing a vehicle 1,800 miles away is not easy. You can’t go see the vehicle and test drive it but my sales person, Mathew Smith, made it a smooth process. We communicated via phone and text numerous times. He was always quick to respond to my questions and very knowledgeable about the truck He even took numerous videos of the vehicle sitting and being driven so I could see the vehicle and watch it perform . The purchase and funds transfer process was smooth and professional. Mathew also arranged shipping to my home . The truck is a custom from the dealership’s 707 performance shop and I couldn’t be happier.

Quick and easy, straight forward and no xxxxxxxx. Best car buying experience I’ve had since I bought a car from my Grandmother. Sales guy Matthew Smith was actually a pleasure to deal with and after I purchased the used truck and found a small problem, fan button didn’t not work, he jumped on it and got it fixed for me fast and easy and did not expect me to pay for it. It’s not that something goes wrong, it’s a used vehicle after all, but what you do about that matters. Matthew and dealership just flat out took care of me. I would not think twice before buying anything from these guys. Ask for Matthew.

The way they do things at Sarasota Ford is a little different and better than a lot of other dealers because their business model is based on actually making their customers happy.

I was so pleased to see that Greg Davis came to pick up my car for service (he had been here once before). I knew my car was in good hands! Greg takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. He is not only knowledgeable, but very respectful.
