Dealing with a recall

Had a seatbelt recall on my 150, During the time my truck was there it suffered an accident.., resulting in a scratch...J.W contacted me took %100 accountability gave us a nice loaner with no restrictions, and did an amazing job with the recall and repair..In life things are going to happen... It’s how we deal with them when they occur..These folks responded and made sure that I was satisfied... Thank you J.W for your professionalism..

I just bought a car there that they had driven from another dealership because they did not have anything I was interested in. They were stingy on pricing and were not super friendly. I signed paperwork and agreed on a price based off mileage that was earlier talked about. When I received the car it had nearly 4,000 more miles and when I contacted them they were unwilling to change the price or do anything for that matter. I then said I would return the vehicle within the 72 hours allotted but they only do "exchanges" aka I can only get something off of their lot that I do not want.

Dealership is a Scam

Run far away from this dealership. Total scammers. I found a car I loved, agreed on a price and signed all the paperwork - yes, signed all the paperwork. I had to come back the next day to bring full payment. When I showed up, they wanted me to sign new paperwork stripping away the (albeit miniscule) warranty that was promised. They refused to honor the original deal and would not let me buy the car unless I agreed to the new terms. Attempts to contact management have resulted only in my message being sent from one uninterested party to the next. Still haven't talked to anyone and now the car is gone.

Awesome experience

So I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and I can honestly say jay there is no other place I would ever go to service or buy and new car from. David Shinn in the sales dept is the best. I’ve teventky been looking into buying a new car and he’s been super patient and understanding with me. He’s easy to talk to and run numbers with with there being no pressure which is nice because I find it to be an already stressful situation. They’re all super professional and pleasant!

Great experience

I came in for service, and while I was waiting for my car I spoke with a very nice sales person named Amanda. She asked me if I needed help and I told her I was just waiting for my car. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and after speaking with her for a while about some of the deals available right now on the new 2018 models, I decided to speak to my wife about upgrading into a new F-150. She helped me through the process and we love our new truck!

Highly recommend!

I wasn't really ready to purchase amd was only going to do some research on the Edge. I met my saleslady, Amanda Tift, and she was so helpful and didnt try to push me. She gave me all the info I needed amd took her time to test drive my different choices.so when I come am ready to buy in January..I will definitely be back to buy from her and Sarasota Ford..

Edwin is the best at Sarasota Ford!
