Took a long time for them to look at my car Made the appointment the previous week for 9:15, I arrived 9:30 (school bus delay) but by 12:00 they had still not looked at it Didn't get an update til 2:00 That was too long considering I had explained the issue and made the appointment the week before

did good work. nice lounge with refreshments. Lousy online appointment system. waited 1 hr 45 minutes till they took my car and they selected the time
