The Sales associate, Johnathan, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered the questions we had regarding the vehicle and the purchase process. He was helpful in getting an acceptable value for our trade-in. The suv we bought did not have a cargo area cover. He did not help us either with replacement or compensation for our expense to replace it.

After we purchased a 2016 Audi on Jan 2026, we were driving the car home, and we found the front windshield at 2 places was cracked and they had covered it up with the sale signs. The following day, the car wouldn’t start, we jumped the car and took it to the mechanic, we found out that the battery was the original battery since 10 years ago. As per our mechanic, it was heavily charged so that we could drive home. This is when we were told the car went through a thorough inspection that we were charged for it. The title didn’t arrive in time, when we followed up, we found out that the title was still at the dealer. Overall, the experience of buying the car from this dealership was a disappointing experience for us.

This was my first time here due to a move. As I was super hesitant to start all over somewhere new, Xavier and team by far exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer service but was most impressed by the video that was sent by the service team keeping in the loop of what was going on and what they recommended. My overall experience was really great. Thank you

Bought a car Sunday. Had Excellent service, and was a great buying experience. Summer was extremely knowledgeable about the features of the Nissan I purchased. Went out of her way to help me set up phone and music connections which was a Bonus 😁 She also went out of her pervue to provide me with photos of me and the car and added balloons 🤩 Tyler was extremely thorough with all the paperwork and warranty options which was greatly appreciated. We recently purchased a 2024 used Nissan Murano from this dealership. We were surprised that the cargo cover and net was not in the vehicle since it was included in the write up for the vehicle. They said it was just a standard write up for that model, but didn’t necessarily mean it was a part of the sale. The salesman said he couldn’t ask the parts department about the items because they left for the day. I called the following day and asked for a return call from the parts department, but never received a call. This is not a dealership I would recommend. I think you could do better elsewhere. This is my third Murano. I believe I will contact Nissan corporate. I’m sure they would be disappointed to hear about my experience.

Hidden fees, broken promises, and zero
Hidden fees, broken promises, and zero follow-through I purchased a 2023 Genesis GV80 from Gettel Nissan Sarasota and wish I hadn’t. The advertised price was not the real price. After I committed, the dealership piled on $1,200 in “dealership fees” (compare that to CarMax’s ~$500) and a mandatory $999 “clear coat” that was not included in the advertised price and not optional. Classic add-on tactic. Worse, I was given only one key and no NFC card at delivery—and was never told ahead of time. Salesman Jonathan Cray assured me he’d contact the previous owner and “look for the missing key,” then did nothing. I followed up four separate times. Each time I was promised a call “later that afternoon.” No call, no resolution. I even sent a formal follow-up letter to GM Rod Littles and Mr. Cray—no response whatsoever. If you value transparent pricing and basic follow-through, go elsewhere. I expected honest disclosure of non-optional fees, a second key for a modern luxury vehicle, and at least a callback when the dealership says they’ll follow up.
