The coupons make it worth it for service
The service center is ok, but the coupons are the only reason I go there. The wait can be long, but at least it’s comfortable inside the waiting area.

Horrible
Most unscrupulous dealership I have ever dealt with in 50 years of purchasing vehicles. Attempted to cancel the contract the next morning and they refused. Tremendously unprofessional

I SHOP FOR AUTOS ONLINE . I AM FROM MIDDLE GEORGIA AND FOUND THE AUTO I LIKED AT SARASOTA FL. TO GETTEL NISSAN TO PURCHASE AN OLDER LOW MILEAGE USED AUTO. THEY SENT ME PLENTY OF PICTURES, ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION. WHEN I ARRIVED THEY WERE WAITING ON ME. THEY PUT THE CAR UP ON A SHOP LIFT SO I COULD SEE UNDER IT. THE MAIN MECHANIC TOLD ME EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CAR. EXCEPTIONAL. ALL THE STAFF , ROBERT WAS THE SALESMAN PICKED ME UP AT THE AIRPORT, HAD A CAR FOR ME TO DRIVE AROUND TOWN, ROD WHO HANDLED THE PAPERWORK WAS EXCEPTIONAL, THE SALES MANAGER WENT OVERBOARD HELPING ME AS I HAD LEFT THE CERTIFIED FUNDS CHECK AT HOME BUT HE MADE IT WORK SO I COULD TAKE THE CAR HOME. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO GREAT AT AN AUTO DEALERSHIP. NO GAMES JUST BUSINESS. I ABSOLUTELY RECCOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.

Wonderful dealership
I can tell you that the young lady, Sylvia and the sales person, Phillip, are at the top of their game. It is not just limited to the high quality service from Sylvia and Phillip. The entire staff was a true pleasure to be around. The finance guy was friendly and knowledgeable. It was enjoyable bargaining with the sales manager. This is a special dealership. As far as I can tell, the best in the USA.

Great service
