Great dealership people are friendly our service adviser Carolina always goes out of her way to make sure I am happy with the service I receive also the videos by the service tech are great they explain in full detail about the services your vehicle might need in the future.

Was happy with everything, the only issue was with MyChevy rewards. The service associate was able to help me walk through how to get the coupon from the website so it was applied to the right vehicle

I dropped my car off there at 8:00am for an 8:15am oil...

I dropped my car off there at 8:00am for an 8:15am oil change. I was sitting there for 2 hours for an oil change. I feel at least someone could have came out and said maybe we're running behind sorry its taking so long. That's my only negative thing

I love advantage Chevrolet. The service is just too...

I love advantage Chevrolet. The service is just too pricey everything automatically adds up to $2,000. I don’t understand that ridiculous amount. Service prices should be lowered because it’s a turn off. Especially for a vehicle that’s 5 plus years old.

Staff was prepared well to answer my questions. Finance manager Dennis Reilly was thorough and quick and explained choices well. Facility was clean and well maintained. I was pleased with their customer service and recommend them.

When we bought the truck everybody is nice. When we need...

When we bought the truck everybody is nice. When we need a headlight replacement they sent us to a dodge Dealer. ( brand of our truck). Even having an insurance offered by Chevrolet (this Dealer) Bumper to bumper paying for it! I emailed to advantage. No answer yet. So. I don't recommend you to buy cars there.

Fantastic! Traveled 2 hrs to buy!

From the time I got to the dealership until the time I left, I was treated with respect and the customer service was excellent. I found the car online and reached out to Dan. Since I was coming from 2 hours away, he kept in contact with me to ensure I was able to see the car. Denise greeted me when I got to the dealership and was flawless. She made me feel comfortable, walked me through the entire process, and answered all my questions. Charlie, the GM, greeted me and also discussed different loan options with me. Tom, in finance, was very helpful explaining all the paperwork I was signing. They will work to get you what you want in a fair and honest capacity. They are honest and straightforward. This was a rather overwhelming experience for me as I have not bought a car in 19 years. Everyone I worked with made this a wonderful experience for me. When I got home, I realized I forgot a couple of things in my old car and they sent it to me! Everyone was very professional yet welcoming! I will most definitely travel 2 hours again when I am ready to buy my next car! I recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to get a fair and honest deal.
