Pick up truck
My overall experience was disappointing My salesman was Deshawn He welcomed me fine Upon requesting a formal quote he promptly returned with a quote sheet from sales manager that stated inaccurate figures Upon the third redo I requested a personal visit with sales manager forgot his name didn’t have a business card presented Upon negotiation for price I stated that I hoped we could make a deal basically for DeShawn my sales person Manager stated really was firm on dealer best price and said my sales man didn’t need to close the deal because DeShawn sells average of 40 vehicles a month DeShawn did all he could do Manager stated that the price was the best he could do I agreed to negotiated price paying cash the following morning Dennis in finance department handled my transaction with documents promptly DeShawn was adequate Dennis was great Sales manager was a poor example not because he couldn’t agree to my offer because he lied regarding DeShawn average monthly numbers Both DeShawn and Dennis thanked me for my business Manager sat behind counter with his Bears hat on looking down as I left dealership My sales person name was not listed

Worst Experience Ever!!!
I have had the worse experience ever with a brand new car. I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Malibu last year with I believe 8 miles on it and in a years time my car has been in the shop 3 times with major issues. I have had more issues out of a brand new car than I've ever had in a used one. After 6 months of having my car the ECM board (the brain of the car) went bad. Anytime those things go bad, the car will continue to have issues. I asked at that point to just put me in something else. They refused to do that and told me the car is covered under warranty for 3 yrs or 36,000 whichever comes first. well months later, my check engine light came on and my car would jerk if I am sitting at a light. They told me it was some type of module and had it replaced. At this point I am livid. Not even one month later, my radio was having issues. I will turn my car off, go in the house, come back out to my car and guess what, my radio is still on in my car. Now today, I am waiting for them to order a part for my car because it is making some roaring noise. They didn't even know what it was. someone had to tell them what needed to be fixed. So I'm paying a car note on a lemon. Who knows what is going to go wrong with the car after the warranty runs out. This is the worse thing I've ever experienced. I go to buy something reliable and get something worse than my 2002 Toyota Corolla.

All Star Advantage!!
Great Saleswoman 👩?💼 who always helps the customer get a great deal. Joslynn always delivers All Start performance, I previously brought two cars from Advantage. (Sadly Both Totaled n accidents) . Today i went bigger n stepped away from the sedan of Chevy and purchased a 2018 Chevy Equinox (certified). Had all the features i wanted w/ a great price ! Also major shoutout to finance Mgr. D. Riley who from day one has been a great person who help me see the benefits of GAP insurance.. thanks Advantage for the best service in the Chevy Chicagoland!

My advantage Chevrolet exp
I had an overall good experience at Advantage Chevrolet in Hodgkins. The employees were nice and well mannered. My salesman kept me informed and did everything he could to make me feel right at home. I even got the exact car I came there to get a 2013 Chevrolet CaMaro.
