Douglas Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM

We were told to visit this dealership from a friend, and was pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived. I spoke with Greg (the Owner) before we went to the dealership, and in a very short time period he had a great list of cars that fit my needs and budget. Our salesman (Tom Fields) Approached us the moment we pulled into the lot, and after we told him which cars we were interested in, proceeded to walk us over to the cars on our list. He was very patient with us as we weighed our options and was very knowledgeable and had an answer for every question we asked. After helping us the entire day, we walked away with a great car at a great price and we could not be any happier. We would recommend Douglas to anyone looking for a car, and are definitely planning on heading back when we need to trade in our other vehicle.

We were leaving on vacation and the rear door of our van would not lock and close. Tim Racco understood our need to leave town right away and immediately found the problem and replaced the shock absorber on the door so that we could safely go on our journey. I would definitely return to Douglas Chrysler again because of the outstanding way we were treated.

I just bought my 1st Jeep and David Barth was my salesman he was FANTASTIC from the test drive to him delivering me my Jeep. My wife drives Dodge Rams and when she is ready for a new truck we will for sure buy it from David. Melissa in finance was also wonderful, she was a real pleasure to work with.

I have been a customer of Douglas Jeep for almost 10 years and definitely won't go anywhere else. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Toyota Camry (each over 10 years old) and the service they receive each time is Excellent and Affordable! The staff are professional, courteous and efficient. Other dealers/shops can't compare! You will see me at Douglas, but thanks to Tim and his awesome service staff, you sure won't see me broken down on the side of the road!!

I rarely go to dealerships to buy a vehicle because I didn't think I could afford it BUT, Zach Smith, Marvin White and Josh Scutt put all their expertise together and to my surprise I am now driving the certified pre-owned Jeep Compass that I didn't think I could afford!! My thanks goes to all three of these guys!! I knew exactly which vehicle I wanted and they made sure I didn't leave without it and I like that!!! Thanks again guys!! Well done!!!
