I bought a good car there but.......

Just bought a GLC300 (2019) there. I love this car with reasonable price and upgraded gear. However, I need to wait for more than 2.5 hrs to complete the payment procedure. This is definitely too long.

Top notch service and they always take care of you.

Top notch service and they always take care of you. I also buy my cars from them and currently each purchasing experience has been very pleasant. They’re straight forward and don’t jerk your around like some other brands, so I’ll always buy and service my Mercedes’ with them.

Since buying our new Sprinters we have had a few issues that required dealers servicing and the team at South Bay was awesome, kind of like family. Naomi our service rep was very attentive and made sure we were always taken care of and kept us well informed on the status of our vehicles.
