They were unable to complete the repair in a timely manner. They were unable to review my truck the day of my appointment, thus I had to wait until the next day.

I was able to talk with Lindsay via phone to discuss

I was able to talk with Lindsay via phone to discuss vehicles that were listed on the website. She was pleasant, patient and answered all of my questions. She followed up with a text. there was absolutely no pressure or sales pitch. She genuinely wanted my business. Arrived at my scheduled appointment early and she stopped what she was doing.. Greeted me and send another sales Associate out to help me until She finishes with another customer.
