Had an issue on a Monday afternoon involving a thermostat
Had an issue on a Monday afternoon involving a thermostat and temp sensor on a 2018 Colorado. Was in the area and stopped by to see Scott. He immediately knew what the problem was and took the car in advising it would be ready the next day in the afternoon. Picked it up the next afternoon and it runs fine. Always great experience with Scott.

I had a "check engine" light come on 1 day after I had
I had a "check engine" light come on 1 day after I had two tire system sensors replaced at Palm Chevrolet. I was told that I had to leave the car for the entire day to have "diagnostics" run. I had to wait a week to get the car an appointment to be seen.. I only have a single vehicle so I had to take advantage of the valet service to get back home. The valet service was only one way and I had to hire a ride to get back to the shop when the "diagnosis" was done. Once there i was presented with a quote for $2,400.00 for replacing a catalytic converter that wasn't covered under my extended warranty program that I paid $5,000.00 for when I bought the car from Palm Chevrolet. In addition to the catalytic converter there was additional items that needed to be fixed making the total estimate $2,700.00. U consider this type of after sales charges to be a rip off. This kind of treatment from the service department is taking advantage of the customer and I won't stand still for it. I intend to have a lawyer take a look at Palm Chevrolet's business practices.

My Tech.
My Tech. was informative as to the reason the car had a recall issued for the airbags. The service was prompt and all employees I came into contact with were polite and respectful. Overall a very good experience.

The sales team were incredible. Gave me a good price for my trade and a good price for my new truck. Had an issue with the new truck and they came to my home and got the truck, repaired the minor issue and brought it back to me......Incredible. Thank you to the sales team for going above and beyond.

It is very easy to set up appointment. We were told we needed tires and Franchesca said she would send us coupons for tires. We have not received them.
