Scott Kelly takes very good care of me.

Scott Kelly takes very good care of me. He keeps me informed of the progress and notifies me of potential problems. I trust in Scott's advice for my vehicle's needs. There is one thing outside of Scotts control that desperately needs attention -- donuts. Let's bring back the donuts. Maybe even some Apple Fritters! You know you've got the best coffee of any dealership!

I have not had a good experience with the service

I have not had a good experience with the service department. I believe everyone there should be fired. With that said, I keep coming back because of IL Park. I have known IL for about 4 years and he is a very honest man. He has always treated me well and looked out for my interests. I also have had the opportunity experience with Matt and Sven, with whom I dealt recently. Both Matt and Sven also treated me very well and it was a good experience. I am soon leaving the area, but as far as sales I can definitely recommend and I would return. The service department gets a zero and I would never go there unless I had no choice. I have asked repeatedly to speak to the service manager and he has refused. That says it all.
