The service at Bev Smith Toyota was excellent.

The service at Bev Smith Toyota was excellent. My vehicles recall and other maintenance needs were met in a speedy manner. I received my bill with other suggested maintenance options with courtesy and professionalism. Best part is my car was delivered spotless and cleaned. I would truly recommend this dealer with high service. The waiting lounge was beautiful, clean, full of different snacks, coffee and teas. Besides that, the small cafeteria had added things to purchase at a reasonable cost.

This dealership is great!

This dealership is great! If you are ready to buy they will have you on your way in no time with the deal you agree on no tricks. Vlaho was great getting me info on the car I wanted . Once I texted and said we were on her way the car was ready to test drive and they had already paired with a salesman named Pastor T! Pastor T(Terry Taylor) may be the coolest guy in the car business! He answered all our questions and did a great job of guiding us through the process! Once we got to financing, no games and everything worked out as we agreed. Love my new rav4! Thank you guys

My experience with Bev Smith Toyotas Service department

My experience with Bev Smith Toyotas Service department was absolutely terrible. Service department if I was able to give 0 stars. Unprofessional customer service, Kim is a lier- Mike doesn’t know anything about cars and Dave is giving assumptions instead of facts. Toyota INDEFINITELY needs to step up there service department and start hiring people THAT ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THERE DOING! I would expect this service from a mom & pop shop but from a Toyota dealer is unacceptable. Corporate will be involved and I will no longer do service with Toyota.

Customer service is priority one for this dealership and

Customer service is priority one for this dealership and it shows. They are willing to bargain with you and make the best deal that makes sense. I never understood high pressure car salesmen. Where's the incentive to return? This dealership in my experience is anything but that. Saw some familiar faces from a previous dealership that I had purchased 3 other vehicles through. All of them remembered me and treated me like a very valued customer. I will most definitely return to this dealership for any subsequent vehicles I buy again. Thank you for a great experience and I look forward to the next time.
