My new car received its first service and a new part installed in a timely manner. Tyler kept me advised of status and pricing. After I received my car back, Tyler followed up with any questions and to make sure I was satisfied with my service. Some dealerships have certain aspects of the car business figured out, but Bev Smith has every department figured out. I'm really surprised by the lack of response,
I'm really surprised by the lack of response, carelessness, and the feeling of being neglected by the internet sales team. For 5 days, I dealt with 2 salespeople at this dealership via texts, emails, and calls. Seem like because I questioned their fees and bad practice of listing one price and adding "not including a $2000 deposit" added to the advertised price is deceiving and might get them initial interest from potential buyers, it's a cheesy gimmick, to say the least. The lower listed price gives them a better ranking on TruCar and CarGurus where they rank and list vehicles based on price compared to the market (not taking in consideration the additional $2000 deposit mentioned only on Bev Smith website). I was told someone will call me back but I had to chase then was told I'd be sent an offer in writing which I never received either!! Never had a car dealer treated customers like they were doing them a favor. Moving on, plenty of options and better service elsewhere.
