Work was completed well.

Work was completed well. But VERY slow. Came in for an oil change. I arrived at 7 AM. I was finished with check in at 7:15. Added a service recommended at check-in. One hr later at 8:15 they came out to discuss additional recommendations - none of which I added. My vehicle wasn’t ready till after 9:30. Apparently they hadn’t even started work till after the attempted up-sell meeting. I drive over 40 minutes to this dealer. They used to offer loaners but stopped a few years ago. I have to wait. More than 2 1/2 hours for what I had done is too long that early in the morning.

Coggin advisor was pleasant and courteous and tried to

Coggin advisor was pleasant and courteous and tried to make the visit pleasant. We discussed what I thought was a high cost for timing belt replacement and the advisor offered an explanation. There was some miscommunication re my extended warranty. The coverages though listed on invoice, they were not originally applied to my invoice. After discussion when my car was picked up the coverage was applied. However, when checking with the warranty company an interval coverage was missed but upon further discussion with Coggin information was provided and I sent in for payment per warranty. So after my additional involvement I believe the issues were resolved.

Carlos and the whole team did a great job at Coggin. From the moment I stepped into the dealership to the moment, I drove out with the car. They were very professional. Most importantly they were honest they delivered what they said they were going to do. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them.

Alvin lyons was nothing sort of amazing. He made the process easy, Dwayne great customer care Amazin help, and our finance department Amazin yet once again !!!!!
