Upon arrival to Townsend Honda, I already knew what I wanted. With the understanding of any salesman job, their job is to sell you a vehicle. Good experience with Tim Jones - Towsand Honda!
Tim Jones, (Salesperson) did a great job for me an my wife--Friendly, professional and very helpful. And not pushy at all. I like the fact that they have their markdowns already on the vehicle and its basically the bottom line. The last Honda I bought in 2005 was over the internet and I never talked to anyone----because I can't stand the smoke and mirrors. I have noticed that dealers now post what is basically the bottom line and quit using those old time tactics that drove me nuts.

Great Experience While Buying
I had a great experience working with Tim Jones, the finance managers, and the used car manager that handled my trade in. This group went above and beyond to make sure my payments stayed where I needed them to be and to make sure we got the best interest rate possible. The facility was nice, clean and well maintained. Mr. Jones has followed up to make sure I'm still enjoying my 2016 Honda Accors Sport. This was the easiest buying experience I have ever had. I'm very pleased with Townsend Honda and my vehicle. I will be going back to see Tim and the other staff at Townsend for my next vehicle.
