Quick Lane

I purchased a 2013 Ford Focus over 2 years ago and I still receive Red Carpet Treatment every time I walk into the dealership for service or to have questions answered.

Woody Anderson Ford - great experience

This was one of the top dealership experiences I've ever had. To start with, Jasmine Battle quickly replied to my online inquiry. She offered to setup a visit and test drive, answering initial questiquestions before putting me into contact with Quenton Duncan. Quenton was very responsive, even over the holidays, and worked up optons on multiple cars. Once I returned from an out-of-town trip, my wife and I decided to come to the dealership. I contacted Qeunton ahead of the visit to make sure he was available. He had the information ready on the cars of interest before we got there. Once we arrived, Quenton immediately greeted us. He was very engaging with pleasant conversation and offered snacks and beverages throughout the visit. He was informative without being pushy... we never felt forced in any direction. He took time during the test drive to offer varying driving conditions along the route, talk us through all of the features of the vehicle including pairing my wife's phone so that she could test the SYNC system, and ptovide comparitive information for the other models we were considering. My wife was sold after the test drive. Negotiations were quick since most of the information had been discussed before the visit. I'm really amazed that other dealers didn't even respond to my online queries, let alone discuss real pricing via email. Quenton turned us over to Chris in financing who was just as helpful. Again, conversation was very pleasant and he helped us out with information on extended warranties and oil changes at the dealership. Quenton then turned us over to Darius (I think) so that he could go over all of the vehicle features while Quenton rounded finalized everything and pulled our old car around to remove our personal items. This didn't take long since Quenton had been so thorough covering features during the test drive. Fantastic overall experience that resulted in us leaving with a new car when I didn't plan on it. Everyone even stayed well past closing to finalize the deal withough ever mentioning the time. My wife and I would like to thank everyone involved in our deal for making it such a pleasant experience, especially Quenton for being a great host and MC throughout the process. We will be back

Great staff

Staff were friendly, treated me like a valued customer, gave me an honest estimate when my Expedition would be ready, answered my questions about service & made me feel like I wanted to come back. :o)
