Sunny King Honda

We just moved to AL from TX, and have used this facility twice in the past 4 months. Each time the staff was very friendly, and the service is steller. We're glad we live near a great Honda facility.

I had an appointment for an oil change. They took my car back immediately. When they inspected they noticed my tires needed to be rotated. They called to ask my permission and had everything finished when I returned to pick up my car. Great, fast service at a fair price (with a coupon)

Sunny King Honda proves customer service is alive and well! I purchased my accord brand new in 2011 and it's been the best car. I recently went into the service center needing a new battery. I not only got a new battery in only 45 minutes time, without a scheduled appointment, but also covered under warranty even though it was 3 days past my expired warranty date. This dealership is top notch in sales and service! Great job always!

The only thing was that on my trade-in I forgot to get a cd out of the player and several cd's in the console. It hit me a few days later and I called my sales associate. He checked on it, but couldn't find them. Of course, this is totally my fault for forgetting, but I would have thought anything left in the car would have been saved for the customer.
