Worst experience ever!
Worst experience ever! Brought my car in at 9am, I was there the whole day and I called for an update and they told me that they will give me a call back and they never did. Even went home without giving me an update on my car!

I gave DJ a call when I noticed that my vehicle was hesitating to start. He told me to bring the car in immediately to diagnose the problem which ended up being the battery. He and Lexus always provide top tier service.
