Excellent experience

Doug was great to deal with! I am very happy with the entire process of working with this dealership! I love my new RAV4 and am happy with my purchase!

My excellent experience!

I was completely satisfied with my experience with the care of my 4 Runner. Everyone were so attentive to their work, also so polite to me. Cadyn was so helpful with everything. He is a very conscientious young man. I really appreciated him.

Have character when dealing with characters

Had an appointment at 1pm got there at 12:39 I was ask what I was there for I told them my door lock and check the brakes which I had already set up so after waiting I get a call around 2:40 I think his name was Eddie told me I wish you would’ve checked in with me earlier loos like your going to need brakes on the front and back plus the door lock do you want to do this today and I said yes now I’m just waiting at the dealership he told me he could get everything done so at 4:45 they call me tell me they looked at my back brakes and I can run them longer if that’s okay so basically your back brakes are good for now because we want to get out of here on time this was on Thursday my original service was set on Tuesday at 7:30am but I didn’t make it there because my mother died Monday night so your service really didn’t make my week any better but I did manage to remain calm and not cuss anyone I have had good service from this dealership before but I really can’t see me going back to get anything done again if the rear brakes needed changing when you first looked at them than and you reevaluated them close to five and now their good so that tells me someone is lying about the first evaluation or the second one to get out on time

THIS IS A WONDERFUL DEALERSHIP!!

The tech that took our car in—can't remember his name right now—was SUPER HELPFUL!! We were planning to do a tune up and he helped us figure out that we had already had that service about 10,000 miles earlier. He also just shared a lot of basic info about our car (we have a Prius) and how to care and maintain it. This guy was WONDERFUL. I would not hesitate to bring my car back there. Everyone is very polite and honest. So awesome!

A Good Experience

My sales rep Wade was very accomadating.Answered every guestion and agreed to fix some detail items and gave me a full tank of gas. I will recommend Wade.

You do get very good customer service

I came in for an oil change. I got my car alignment rotate tires, but one of the men told me .I came get an oil change. Because it was close to the time but my light was on in the car so that is why I had come in

Looooong wait time

I had made a scheduled appointment to have tires rotated. I had to wait for over two hours!! I could see if I was a walk in. When I checked in, no one advised me of the wait time either.
