I was very pleased with the service. The gentle man (name unknown) who helped me process my service was very friendly and helpful. He even came and found me on the playground with my child when the service was complete. The female(Nisha) was also very helpful and friendly when returning my keys and car to me. She removed the tag band informed me my car was vacuumed and washed which was nice. Great service.

Love fords and love the service depart. The salesman did not know how to operate any of the features in the vehicle I purchased. The sales manager and finance guy were great. I'll always own ford vehicles and have my vehicle serviced there. In the future I will not work with a salesman that does not know about the vehicle I purchase. Other than the sales person I truly like this dealership. There service is outstanding.

Great experience! The service department was really busy the day I was there but they still got me in and out quickly and still took the time to go over my service report and recommendations for my next service appointment.
