Ford of Franklin

My experience post purchase has been nothing but frustrating. The service department did not return phone calls and the service associate who was assigned to my service appointment wasn't in the office that day. I was told that my truck would be sitting at the dealership for at least two days because they wouldn't be able to look at it until then. What a complete waste of my time.

Hunter was my Service Advisor and he was wonderful to work with. He kept me up to date on what was happening. I will have to say that the full week I had to wait past my appointment date for my car to even be looked at, I was not happy about. Seems they do not have enough techs or something or are over booking.

The service advisor, CJ Harrison, was helpful and kept me informed at all stages of the service. I would say there is one area that could be improved. One day after the service I received an email with coupons that could have been used to offset some of the cost of services rendered. Of course the coupons expire before I should need service. It would have helped to get the coupons prior to service.

Great service from beginning to end! Chris was polite and professional. I felt like my time was respected as I had to leave my vehicle and go to work. The communication throughput the time my vehicle was being serviced was top notch.

Tucker worked hard to ensure the vehicle I wanted worked out for me. He was straight forward with what it would take and what we could or could not negotiate. Closing the deal took minutes vs hours and I was in and out of the dealership within an hour.

The group at Ford Lincoln or Franklin, especially Martavius, worked hard to make a tough deal work out for us. Martavius worked hard within our boundaries and put together several options - all of which met our needs in different ways. The entire process was a great experience and Jody at the end tops it al off. I will be back next month with Martavius for one more car and could not be happier.

Martavius Wood worked hard with some tough parameters we had and came up with a deal that worked for us and made our daughter extremely happy. It is always a pleasure to work with the entire team at Ford Lincoln of Franklin as we have for the last 15 years.

I recently bought a 2019 Ford Fiesta for my daily commute to mtsu. Jordan helped with everything I needed, suggested this car based off of the gas mileage it gets, let me test drive the car, and even surprised me with it (I didn’t know I was going to be driving off in it that day). From driving an older Saturn suv to this brand new car has been an experience that I am so grateful for, and Jordan and the whole Ford Lincoln team made that happen. The financing was even quick and easy. I am so pleased with the customer service I received, and I will definitely return when I decide to trade my car in in the future.

Jordan Kelley was my salesman. He was knowledgeable and from exchanges by email, he had some options for what I was looking for. He was patient, arranged for multiple test drives and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The whole staff we met during our purchase on Aug 26 were helpful and welcomed us at every opportunity. I highly recommend Ford Lincoln of Franklin and their staff!
