This dealership is AWESOME. Tammy Muse my salesperson provides class A service. I had my site Dodge Journey totaled and I was not ready to purchase another vehicle. However, Tammy took a tragic event for me and turned it into a very happy experience. When I went to pick up my new used Ford Escape, she had out in tip top condition. She even was able to get the radio screen fixed without telling. To my surprise when I got in it was working and I stayed crying happy tears. I highly recommend this dealership.

I stopped by Ford Lincoln on my way home, and was greeted upon entry by my Sales Representative, Austin. He immediately went to work and found three options that fit my price range. An hour later, I was leaving the dealership in my new vehicle. The team was fantastic and made the experience painless. I can't imagine having gone anywhere else, and I will be a lifelong customer moving forward.

I think it is important to enjoy the process of purchasing a car or truck. My sales person is the best and my interactions with others at the dealership was pleasant and professional. Service representative Eric went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the service my car received. He explained everything that was going to be done to my car before it was done and then reviewed with me after the service what had been done and why. Eric also went out of his way to have a representative from the body shop give me a quote for minor repair work so I didn’t have to come back in for another appointment. This service was very much appreciated!
