We found this vehicle on line. We called to make sure it was still available. We got to the dealership an hour later and the keys were waiting on us. We drove it and did the paperwork and were headed home a couple of hours later. No hassles.

WAS DEAING WITH AN ISSUE FROM AN OIL CHANGE RECEIVED FROM A 3RD PARTY COMPANY. OIL CHANGE WAS NOT PERFORM CORRECTLY. TOOK MY TRUCK TO THIS FORD SERVICE AND THEY REPAIRED AND ALSO MADE SURE TO NOTATE THE ISSUES CAUSE BY THE 3RD PARTY.

The sales representative could not have been nicer. He made sure that my need was taken care of.

I took my car in for a recall on door locks. I was told it would take about 3 hours to fix and was told I would be given a ride home and a call when the car was ready. I waited in the waiting room, no ride ever came. After about two hours, I was told they probable forgot about me. I would like to thank Cynthia who worked in the office for finally helping me by finding my car which was ready and seeing that I was taken care of. Communication at this place is awful! Customer service is 0!!!

Always have my car serviced there. They have responded to my questions and concerns in a timely manner.

Provided lots of help for me to get warranty assistance on the repair
