It was a smooth and easy process. I highly recommend. Zach was a ten plus. If you?re in the market for a vehicle this is the place to go. I had been shopping at a few other places and the customer service was terrible.

The wait was a little long.

The wait was a little long. Brought my vehicle In at 8:00 my car wasn?t ready until 10:15 AM. But I think Jay did the best he could to accommodate me

The work took a long and cost was very high.

The work took a long and cost was very high. The cost to replace a light bulb was over $500 . Right afterwards the check engine light came back on.

The pickup process for repairs is amazing.

The pickup process for repairs is amazing. Just something to add to customer service, especially if we bring it back to the dealership is to at minimum at least wash the vehicle when you return it. Just a suggestion to keep customers coming back to you.

Tanner took real good care of my vehicle with my request

Tanner took real good care of my vehicle with my request for an oil change etc. He told me that it would take a little bit over an hour and sure enough, it took about an hour and 10 minutes.
