Scheduled an appointment for an oil change package for

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change package for 79.99. The service provider told me "you signed up for a 139.99 package and that's what your gonna pay for" I took my vehicle and left. Their service is horrible.

My scheduled appointment was at 2:30 pm.

My scheduled appointment was at 2:30 pm. I arrived at 2:07 pm. Terrible, Horrible and unacceptable customer service! 4 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation? I sat back there for 4 hours waiting for my car. Plenty of staff members walked by and no one said Hi. Not even, have you been helped or can I assist you with anything. I then go outside to seek help but the lady who was out there was busy and she said she'll be right with me. I go back to sit down and wait. Never came back. I go back there again, she's on the phone. I then head to the front of the dealership and found a sales lady. I don't know her name but thanks to her for going above and beyond the call of duty to get me some assistance. As she stated, she wouldn't know who had my car because she doesn't work back there. Finally, someone came back to assist me. I said what's wrong with my car? Because if you had my car for 4 hours, it's clearly something wrong it. He said nothing is wrong with it. He went over the reason for service and he took care of the bill. He was nice pleasant and very apologetic. He said the guy who checked me in left for the day and my car got lost in the shuffle. If he was leaving for the day the appropriate thing to do is let the staff know. And, he walked right by me and didn't nothing. How does a car get lost in the shuffle? If there's anything wrong with my car I will be bringing it back. I'll be contacting corporate, Google reviews, and the Better Business Bureau.

We just bought our 3rd new vehicle from Beaman and it

We just bought our 3rd new vehicle from Beaman and it will be our last. We have a minor problem with license plates and they will not return our calls let alone try to fix the problem. The Nashville BBB gives Beaman a "D-" and says they are not an accredited business and we now understand why. I would suggest going to Murfreesboro, North, Gallatin or Robert's Toyotas, the BBB says they are all A+ and accredited.

Had a terrible experience buying a 2023 Corolla GR.

Had a terrible experience buying a 2023 Corolla GR. The salesman was polite but knew nothing about the car. The finance dept was useless and slow to respond to requests for necessary information. The manager listened to my complaints and did nothing. The service dept wanted me to bring in the car I TRADED IN for service. Overall customer service was a negative 5.

This dealership likes to rip customers off with their

This dealership likes to rip customers off with their pre-used car but despise it when customers lowball to return the same energy. I was there yesterday. Joshua and his manager were unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable, so I left. Joshua pressured me to write down the amount I was looking to pay OTD cash when I haven’t even fully want to purchase the car, and he even forced me to sign the paper. Every salesman will ask you this question, but you have the obligation to not answer, but he made me. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. Worst salesman I’ve ever met. They want you to be realistic with the negotiation, but they’re not realistic with their sale price. Hypocrite. To anybody who is thinking about purchasing a car here, choose a different salesman. Do not choose Joshua or his manager.

We were looking for a Lexus a couple years old and found

We were looking for a Lexus a couple years old and found one at Beaman in Antioch. We worked with Misty and she was fantastic to work with. No high pressure or over the top discussions from her. She was very helpful and we ending up purchasing the Lexus there! Her followup has been outstanding. Highly recommend working with Misty and Beaman Buick GMC.

I brought my 2009 Rav-4 in for service on March 12, 2024.

I brought my 2009 Rav-4 in for service on March 12, 2024.for oil/filter change and a tire patch. The Service Advisor advised me of the technicians findings which was recommended: air and cabin filter, replace spark plugs, replace drive belt, battery service, cleaning of the terminals. I had my car serviced six (6 months ago) in September 2023, yet the tech in September did not advise me of these things needed to be done. Filters are not going to get as filthy as they were (the tech text a photo) in 6 months. So why didn't the tech in September know this. Also the tech March 12, 2024 states the front struts need to be replaced. It seems the tech in September 2023 did not go a very good job. I am not PLEASED, when I bring my vehicle in for service I am trusting that the tech is fully trained and would advise me of what repairs are needed, THANKS to the tech on March 12, 2024 who made these recommendations,

They sold me a 2024 Toyota Tundra with 397miles on it and never disclosed it had that many miles on it and sold it to me new. Even the finance manager didn't know it had that many miles on it. Shameful and not transparent at all. Should have been sold at a discount.

The finance/contract warranty sellers are weasels.

The finance/contract warranty sellers are weasels.. Paid CASH. They added thousands of charges not even talked about while smiling and shaking hands. I feel as soon as a walked out they were high fiving on how much crap they threw in the purchase by making me sign a blank screen over and over. Very sneaky.. I had that weird feeling while sitting with them and when I was breaking it all down at home I got the surprise I am an idiot. Anyway. They did cancel everything but its like a month or two process. They are probably all like this but I specifically said I want NOTHING but the price and tax. Finance/warranty people make the whole place look bad when thats really not the case.
