I brought my 2009 Rav-4 in for service on March 12, 2024.for oil/filter change and a tire patch. The Service Advisor advised me of the technicians findings which was recommended: air and cabin filter, replace spark plugs, replace drive belt, battery service, cleaning of the terminals. I had my car serviced six (6 months ago) in September 2023, yet the tech in September did not advise me of these things needed to be done. Filters are not going to get as filthy as they were (the tech text a photo) in 6 months. So why didn't the tech in September know this. Also the tech March 12, 2024 states the front struts need to be replaced. It seems the tech in September 2023 did not go a very good job. I am not PLEASED, when I bring my vehicle in for service I am trusting that the tech is fully trained and would advise me of what repairs are needed, THANKS to the tech on March 12, 2024 who made these recommendations,

They sold me a 2024 Toyota Tundra with 397miles on it and
They sold me a 2024 Toyota Tundra with 397miles on it and never disclosed it had that many miles on it and sold it to me new. Even the finance manager didn't know it had that many miles on it. Shameful and not transparent at all. Should have been sold at a discount.

The finance/contract warranty sellers are weasels.
The finance/contract warranty sellers are weasels.. Paid CASH. They added thousands of charges not even talked about while smiling and shaking hands. I feel as soon as a walked out they were high fiving on how much crap they threw in the purchase by making me sign a blank screen over and over. Very sneaky.. I had that weird feeling while sitting with them and when I was breaking it all down at home I got the surprise I am an idiot. Anyway. They did cancel everything but its like a month or two process. They are probably all like this but I specifically said I want NOTHING but the price and tax. Finance/warranty people make the whole place look bad when thats really not the case.

Had the most amazing experience with Jacob & Jason specifically!! Jacob was our salesperson and Jason was the manager we worked with. They prioritized our safety and experience. When Jacob wasn’t happy with us not getting a good deal on our used car purchase, he went to his manager Jason to make sure we got a fair and great deal! Jason & Jacob worked to make sure the car was safe and in the best condition for our family! It could not have been a better experience working with Jacob & Jason!! They cared about us as the customer and were honest. We weren’t just a sale to them, but people they genuinely cared for. Cannot recommend them enough!

Low ball trade by $6000.
Low ball trade by $6000. Was adding a protection package scam of $1500 as well. Buyers beware of this xx charge and low trade values.

I bought a 2022 tacoma, used.
I bought a 2022 tacoma, used. Harlon who is the loan officer, told me about yhe extended warranty. He told 1/2 truth, and misds kead me. I have tryed to cancel my extended warranty, but know one will return my calls. I wish someone could help me.

I had a standard oil change and tire rotation appointment
I had a standard oil change and tire rotation appointment that I set up online with Beaman in Nashville. I had my check engine light on and when I got there I asked them to see why it was on. I was told by the service rep that the total for my oil change/tire rotation was $100plus tax and I was then told that diagnostic for engine light was $90 plus tax. I was okay with that and asked her to have that done. I dropped my car off and left. I dropped my car off around 630am and did not hear back from anyone until around 3pm. When the service rep called me back she confirmed that they did diagnostic and an evap test due to the gas knob being loose. I never asked for an evap test. She then confirmed that the total for all service was $190plus tax. I asked her to confirm that I heard right and she said total was $190. I get to the dealership and the man there tells me my total is $359! That is not what the service rep told me and when I brought it to his attention he basically just said the diagnostic was $190 and oil change $100. I know I heard my service rep correctly when she said the total for all the service I had done was $190. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with Beaman in Nashville. You need to work on clear communication on what total cost is and make sure you ask permission before doing a $190 service. I asked for diagnostic test which I was told was $90. Very dissatisfied with the service from Beaman.

Poor customer service etiquette
I?ve brought my vehicle in to this dealership twice. I could smell Transmission oil and the transmission didn?t seem to be shifting correctly. They told me 2x that the transmission was fine but that the oil filter was leaking due to a faulty filter which they put on the vehicle). After the service call, I could hear a clicking noise coming out of the brake pedal. Strange that it just started after the service call. Also noticed the paint bubbling on my grille. The service manager told me it wasn?t covered on my vehicle and to replace it would be $1400. Took the vehicle (1year old) to my old GM service dealer and they ordered the new grille for me, no questions asked. They looked at the bubbling paint and said it was faulty. I prefer to stick with and trust the dealer I purchase from but when they have no customer service etiquette, it?s hard to go back.

I scheduled my car to have an oil change and tire
I scheduled my car to have an oil change and tire rotation via the valet service. When I got my car back there was a large dent in it. I called dealership multiple times a day for 3 days. Every time I was told that I would receive a call by the end of the day from the manager. A phone call never came. Waste of my time. I then took my car in person to the dealership to have the dent addressed. I was told how sorry they were and that the entire panel would be replaced. When I had scheduled to drop my car off at Beaman collision they couldn’t find any evidence of my appointment. 2 hours later Beaman collision got in contact with the dealership and confirmed the appointment. Waste of my time. After I was told by the dealership that the whole panel would be replaced, I go to pick up my car and find out that all they did was pull the dent. It is still visible and now it looks like my car had been in a wreck and half xxx repaired. All in all, my oil change/ tire rotation resulted in a dent in my car, 10+ hours of my time tracking down leads due to crappy communication, and a half xxx repair that has caused the value of my car to decrease.
