Roger Thompson was are salesman and he was really nice he knew exactly how we felt being in a ford we were tried of haven to deal with rude customer services @ ford they were rude and they lied so my boyfriend and i threw are hands up and went to Toyota Of Cleveland too see if we could trade are 2014 ford fiesta in (car was only 1 yr old) great shape .. and Roger was great he was really nice and respectful and was helpful and he showed us around the place .. and he got us in a 2015 Toyota Corolla the boyfriend and I are Much happier & we HIGHLY recommend Toyota Of Cleveland NO MORE FORDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very impressed with their overall professional service. Understood our need and did not try to sell us on another vehicle. The salesman had the vehicle gassed up awaiting our arrival for the test drive. All employees were friendly and courteous. Our friends highly recommended this dealerships after discussing the bad experience with two Knoxville dealerships, Toyota and Ford.
