Above and Beyond
Retchie went above and beyond on my last maintenance call. They forgot to wash my car on Monday. I ran it up there on Wednesday for a wash, thinking they closed at 7pm. It was 6:15pm and they closed at 6pm. Retchie was getting in his car to leave. However, when I told him what happened, he got out of his car, got in mine, and went and got it washed. That is above and beyond in my book and I really appreciate it. Thanks Dan, Retchie, Denny, and the entire Economy Honda Service team!

Made appointment on line. Arrive a little early. Car was ready in about an hour and a half, which was the same amount of time they said it would be.
