I just purchased my 2024 Camry SE three weeks ago. Love the car! Rodney is a very knowledgeable, friendly salesman . He answered all my questions and made my buying experience easy . If you’re looking to purchase a new or used car , definitely go to see him at Rusty Wallace Toyota !

In July of 2025 my husband and I were on a vacation in

In July of 2025 my husband and I were on a vacation in the Gatlinburg TN area and our one year old Toyota Tundra air conditioner was not cold on the right side front passenger side. We had traveled from Louisiana, with temps in the 90's the whole trip from Louisiana to Gatlinburg TN. We drove to Rusty Wallace Toyota Dealer and was very please as the greeting, staff and tech that handled our issue in a very timely matter. All because of a tiny o'ring, which the tech fixed, communicated issues and solved. So very professional and police was the Toyota team that helped us. Thanks Rusty Wallace Toyota for the help, the fix and professional tech (she was a sweet young lady). She knew her stuff. Happy from Louisiana!!

You brace yourself going into a car dealer.

You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. That was my experience with Owen. We looked all day for "the car" and when we had given up and were on our way home, we decided to just stop in and check out Rusty Wallace Toyota and we met Owen locking up "the car" as he was heading out for the day. Owen went above and beyond helping us and being very patient with our "yes" then "no" then "yes" again. We knew exactly where we needed to be with our payment and all the staff worked very hard to get us exactly where we needed to be. From the time we pulled into the parking lot until the time we pulled out, we could not have been more satisfied!

We had a great experience with Owen.

We had a great experience with Owen. He was very professional and made us feel like family. We have dealt with Nissian and Honda in Morristown, our experience with Owen was by far the best.

We had an excellent experience. This This is our second purchase from Rusty Wallace Toyota, and we have always been satisfied. Jose was great. He was very professional and kept us informed about where our car was in the process. Highly recommend!

THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS INCOMPETENT!

THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS INCOMPETENT! 2023 Tacoma heat/ac issues. I took my truck there four times and they still could not identify the issue! After speaking to the rudest service manager I have ever encountered I made an appointment with Toyota of Kingsport. Day one Ryan with Toyota of Kingsport called to say they had identified the issue. The evaporator coil is freezing. They are working on it now! They also found that recent recall work had been coded incorrectly and would need to be done bc it wasn’t unclear if Rusty Wallace had completed the rear axle recall that I thought they did 3 months ago! Don’t waste your time at Rusty Wallace Toyota of Morristown!!!

Nate Lacasella was professional, helpful and patient. Heath Tatum was outstanding as he was friendly, professional and very reasonable. Nick Pollock made the sale super quick and was very down to earth/friendly. Never have we purchased a vehicle this effortlessly! We highly recommend you giving them a chance to earn your business.
