Paid $481 to fix the problem. Didn't fix the problem. Said I could bring it back but the money I paid for nothing would not be refunded. Didn't take the truck for a test drive after service work to see if the repair worked. Went to bleed brakes after repair and the tech didn't tighten all of my lug nuts. one was left half way off the stud.

I had a great experience, I would recommend Thomas Stevens as a salesman to anyone needing to buy a car. He put a lot of time and effort in to making this a good experience.

In July of 2025 my husband and I were on a vacation in the Gatlinburg TN area and our one year old Toyota Tundra air conditioner was not cold on the right side front passenger side. We had traveled from Louisiana, with temps in the 90's the whole trip from Louisiana to Gatlinburg TN. All because of a tiny o'ring, which the tech fixed, communicated issues and solved. So very professional and police was the Toyota team that helped us. You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. That was my experience with Owen. We looked all day for "the car" and when we had given up and were on our way home, we decided to just stop in and check out Rusty Wallace Toyota and we met Owen locking up "the car" as he was heading out for the day. Owen went above and beyond helping us and being very patient with our "yes" then "no" then "yes" again. We knew exactly where we needed to be with our payment and all the staff worked very hard to get us exactly where we needed to be. From the time we pulled into the parking lot until the time we pulled out, we could not have been more satisfied!
