Just got a new Rave4 from Rusty Wallace Toyota of Morristown from Nick Pollock and Scott Winstead. Had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful in every way possible. Thank you Scott for being patient and showing every detail of how the vehicle operates.

Bought 2 cars in 2 weeks!!

I bought one car about 2 weeks ago from Dagean Long and he made the process so easy and amazing that I came back yesterday and bought another one! He was very knowledgeable and honest. Completely the opposite of the stereotype of a car salesman! Highly recommend him!

I do not recommend this Toyota dealership at all. I had a bad experience here when I first started taking my truck here for service. They got oil all over my front two seats in my Tacoma and at first tried to clean them but they used a hard bristle brush and picked the cloth seats all over. They came out and said they would replace the bottom seat covers. It was a long process. The service manager told me that they would send the truck to an upholstery shop in town and they would be the ones to replace them. They call me and tell me it's done. I get to the dealership to find the seat covers all wrinkly and the mileage had not went up on my truck. The service manager told me that the upholstery shop's steamer had stopped working and to give it a while and the wrinkles would come out. I decided to call the shop that they said did the work to see what he suggested and the owner said he hasn't done any work on my Tacoma. I called the dealership back and the service manager said that the ball had been dropped on my truck and that it was actually them who put the seat bottoms covers on. So in other words he lied to me hoping I wouldn't find out. He said he would for sure send it to the upholstery shop to get the wrinkles out. They eventually did. I decided to give them another chance. I brought my truck back to them because the radio was freezing up and the truck was still under warranty. They said they would replace the radio. They replaced the radio and said there was no charge. I have the original receipt stating this. When I get into my truck I notice that the sound quality had gotten alot worse than before with the previous radio. I get a call the next day from a service advisor telling me they forgot to charge me a deductible for the radio. I told him about the radio not sounding good and he said that they would look at it and replace it again if something is wrong with it. He called and kept harassing me until I gave them 50.00 out of good faith even though the radio they put in my truck sounds terrible. I take it back to them and they said nothing was wrong with the radio. Come to find out they stuck a refurbished radio into my truck. They harass me and get their payment that they forgot to charge me and then turn around and refuse to do anything to make the situation right. What a joke! To the general manager, if you want this review taken down, either give me my $50.00 back or replace my radio with another one because this one is obviously defective.

If there is anyone that is more knowledgeable,reliable, and patient with what you want it’s Grover! Grover has helped for more than 10+ years. It’s because of his ability to go above and beyond that we keep coming back! Now with our 8th purchase we are happy that he is still able to help us as if it was our first time!

Single mom nervous about shopping for a car.

I bought a new car yesterday and this experience has changed my outlook on being a single woman at a dealership buying a car by herself! They were all so respectful! I never once felt like I was being talked down to or scammed because I am a woman. The fear of walking into a prominently male dominated environment, knowing little about cars, but having knowledge of the finance world and what I need in a car is very overwhelming as a single woman. I met with a salesperson named Dagean Long and he was amazing! He listened to what I needed and was extremely helpful making sure all my needs were met. He was never pushy and answered all my questions and concerns with knowledge and respect. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!

Very pleased with the customer service from Scott Winstead. He really made my experience a good one. Love my 2020 Rav 4. He was very knowledgeable. Would recommend Toyota in Morristown.
