I purchased the truck that I've been wanting for years. We were on vacation and drove by the dealership and saw the truck sitting out front. The next day we went back and we're lucky enough to get Bobbi Blackburn as our sales person. Our experience would NOT have been the same had we not gotten her. Was visiting family and decided to just look at the new body style of the Traverse. Bobbi Blackburn was so awesome. She was friendly and helpful. She wasn't pushy at all and let me do things in my time. She made the whole process so easy that not buying from her wasn't an option for me. I could have bought in Atlanta (closer to home), but chose Volunteer Chevrolet because of Bobbi. The rest of the team was great, as well, but Bobbi is the whole reason I decided to go ahead and buy. I highly recommend Bobbi Blackburn if you even think you are interested in buying. The least painful purchase ever.

I saw an Acadia online, then called to inquire about the price. The first salesman was very pleasant over the phone. When I drove to the lot to look at the car, everyone was friendly and the salesman referred me to another salesman, Chris Parton, who was actually going to purchase the car for himself and knew more about it. Chris answered all our questions patiently (I had more than my husband did, women are into details, lol). After test driving, Chris, my husband and I negotiated a sale price of the vehicle and it was purchased 2 week's later. I had been in a wreck and was awaiting the insurance settlement. This dealer was very kind to graciously hold the vehicle until we received the settlement, not a common thing to do, so that makes them top-notch in my book! After the purchase, Chris even checked in a few weeks later to make sure everything was ok, being very professional and caring. I have recommended this dealer to people and will continue to do so.

Chris and Jason was great the car I had was full and they even moved my stuff to the new car the from start to finish was awesome and they did not have sale presser they made you feel right at home I would recommend you buy at Volunteer Chevrolet your experience will never be the same.

I'm from Florida and I needed oil change and tire rotation, so I could return back home. I did not had an appointment when I arrived to the dealer and the service department gladly took the car for maintenance; even though, they had other cars with appointment for service. I was advice that it would take me a few hours before the could look at the car and it was fine to me, and for my surprise the car was ready in less than an hour. Waiting time was much less than I expected; the lounge area is comfortable and I never turn down a free cup of coffee! Friendly staff, great overall experience! Special thanks to Amy who was very friendly. I would definitely go there for the purchase of my next truck.

They had the truck we were looking for and a great price. No pressure sales as well. We were very pleased that they didn?t try to low ball are trade in either.
