Took me in on same day even though I was late to the

Took me in on same day even though I was late to the scheduled time! They did not have to do this and very polite about. I have used them for many years and will keep doing so.

Jeremy was great but the fact that this is second time in

Jeremy was great but the fact that this is second time in for brakes and I am told the technician couldn't hear what I hear tells me either he didn't try or is deaf. I did an audio of the brake noise upon leaving g and walked it back I to Jeremy for all to hear. Now, I will have to go back a third time I really want to put zero stars but this app will not let me

Chris was kind and courteous.

Chris was kind and courteous. Vehicle was taken back promptly and quick service done on our vehicle for routine maintenance oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Easy to get timely appointment the week I called.

The staff was welcoming.

The staff was welcoming. Madison took care of us and made sure the service members knew we were there. Quintin introduced himself and took care of letting us know how things were going with our vehicle. All were helpful at this dealership

Had warranty issues repaired.

I came into the dealership based on a recall notice.

I came into the dealership based on a recall notice. The Service Advisor came to my vehicle and I explained to him why I was there. He had me come to his office and the service request was completed and I waited there a little over an hour and the repair was completed. I had an excellent experience this time and will be back.

I went there at 7:15 in the morning for my 20k

I went there at 7:15 in the morning for my 20k maintenance service. Michael facilitated the process. I sat down and within 45 minutes, oil change, all the maintenance checks and remaining service was done. The facilities are organized and Immaculate. Thank you Michael for everything!

Service rep was polite, professional, and cheerful.

Service rep was polite, professional, and cheerful. The van was clean and serviced with a short wait time. The dealership is always spotless which is truly amazing considering is has so much glass and so many customers and employees!

Was told that they would wash the car, but it doesn?

Was told that they would wash the car, but it doesn?t appear they did. They stuck their reminder sticker on top of the old one. It looks trashy and like they just didn?t want to spend the time doing the job correctly. They also didn?t even out the air pressure in the tires.
