Great customer experience!
I scheduled a 5000-mile service for my 2015 Corrola by telephone. The receptionist only needed my telephone number to locate my account and vehicle information. The entire process lasted about 30 seconds! I was able to get an appointment slot when I needed it. On service day, I was able to pull directly to the bay and was promptly met by a very friendly greeter who directed me to a service tech (Patrick). He located my record, took my keys and told me he'd call when the work was finished. About an hour later, Patrick called to tell me that the service was complete. On pick-up, Patrick explained the work that was performed and I was good to go! All in all, a GREAT service experience! The service bay seemed busy but very efficiently operated. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful.

Toyota the Best Dealership in Knoxville
Very good service from the people that clean and maintain my Rav4. The Auto Butler made my car look new. It was shiny,clean, and the inside cleaned and deodorized. The advisor Mary Linebaugh explained everything clearly and was very helpful in explaining everything, this is our 5th Toyota and we will be customers for life.
