Have all three of my cars serviced here; just bought a new 2019 4RUNNER Limited this week. Good service good prices good customer service . I would recommend this dealership

From a quick check-in to pickup after service, everything was great. The service specialist also scheduled my next service (2 year one) which also includes the paint protection service (AutoBulter). The service could not have been better!

it took several days before I could get in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take up to 90 minutes maybe less thankful that is wasn't 90 minutes

I have always had a great experience with Toyota Knoxville. This is my 3rd car purchased. Service is tops and very professional. Brian McCullough was my sale representative and good to deal with.

Lauren, the young lady who was our Service Advisor, was exceptional! She was very knowledgeable, and professional. She patiently listened as I explained the problem we were having with our 2015 Toyota handicap van, and the problem I have sitting in my wheelchair for any extended length of time. In less than 2 hours the minor problem we had was repaired, and we were on our way back home. Kudos to Lauren, and the entire staff at Knoxville Toyota!

Service has always been provided with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy. Always pleased with on line scheduling and prompt notifications as well as minimal waiting time for services performed.

Toyota of Knoxville’s service department has always been great to deal with. The staff is always friendly and the service techs are great about keeping your vehicle clean while they’re working on it. Never had any issues as a result of their work, that’s not easy to say about most service departments in today’s world.

My new Highlander (one month old) was damaged in a parking lot so, of course, I took it to Toyota of Knoxville for repair. There were some problems with State Farm paying for part of the repair because of Toyota safety protocols. The Toyota service people really worked hard to get everything sorted out. In the end, Toyota repaired my car according to the requirements. Kudos to Billy and Dalton in the body repair shop! Toyota of Knoxville will always to my go-to but I will be insurance shopping shortly.

Came in for 5000 mi check up. Lauren took great care of us gave us a lot of information. And got our GPS/phone working, which was an extra bonus to me! I give Lauren 5 Stars!
