Toyota Knoxville

I take my Toyota to Toyota of Knoxville for all service needs. Most recently, I got new tires and an alignment. The work was performed in a timely manner, and everything needed was done. Pleasant service staff, easy to make appointments and no issues in any visits.

I switched over to these guys after using another dealership for service on my Tundra. I couldn’t be happier with the way I’m treated or the service that’s always performed to perfection on my vehicle. I have to drive a little farther to get to Toyota Knoxville but I assure you it’s always been well worth it.

Lauren was absolutely amazing to work with! I was there for a simple oil change and she took great care of me! Explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions!! Highly recommend Lauren & will continue to go back to her!

Came in for oil change and was promptly met by the service person. He took my information and said the car would be ready in less than 90 minutes. It was ready and I was out the door in just a little over an hour. Good service!

The service department was very thorough and prompt. My daughters vehicle was taken care of in a timely matter. The representative that help in my service was very polite and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the service that we receive. We have 3 toyota vehicles and they service all of them. Would recommend them to anyone.
