You might as well remove the “Service” from Landers

You might as well remove the “Service” from Landers Service Department in Collierville. There is zero communication with the customer. You have to call them for updates and you can count on them to keep your vehicle for 2-5 days for the simplest repairs. My F-150 was kept for three days with no fix. Parts were supposed to be in August 1st and I still have not heard from them. My wife’s Bronco was making a loud grinding sound when turning. She was told by the “Service Department “ that all Bronco’s were like that and that there was no fix. Couldn’t find the key to my wife’s car when she went to pick it up! Commitment to excellence is non existent. Sad, they used to have a great service department.

Service department

We have bought many cars from Landers in Collierville. Even though we didn?t buy this car there, I would not take it anywhere else to be serviced. The service department is top notch.

Landers Ford

I've been taking my 2005 Ford Expedition to Landers Ford in Collierville, TN since I moved to North Mississippi 9 years ago. They do quality work and provide me with great customer service. I took my vehicle in for the Works oil change, tire rotation, and fluid check. There were a great many customers there ahead of me and I expected to wait for a long time (3 - 4 hours) but was pleasantly surprised when they called me up in just over an hour. They provide service with a smile and put a smile on my face at the same time.

Landers Ford--Collierville, TN

Our Escape had to have a new engine. We left it at Landers in mid-November. We received it back the last week in February. Supply line problems at the main Ford plant were given as the reason. When the engine shipped, two parts were damaged, leading to further delay. Landers gave us two 'loaners' during this time. Shawn Smith--our contact was most helpful and provided outstanding service. He deserves praise! The whole process with Ford Motor Company--obviously was frustrating. But top kudos to Landers Ford--Collierville, TN and to Shawn Smith!!

All about$ not customer service

I purchased several tires from Lander Ford in collierville for my 2018 F150 I purchased from there. I had problem with back passenger tire the manager claim I didn?t purchase road hazard on the tires i always get road hazard on my tires. I had to purchase a new tire because Lander didn?t warranty the tire I purchased 7 months ago. They claim the tire wasn?t repairable.

Great experience!
