Mrs. Rachel needs a raise. She is compassionate and very knowledgeable of her role in the Service Department. You definitely have her in the correct spot. I just love working with her when my car has to be serviced.

From the moment we entered Autonation Honda Covington Pike we were made welcome. We had an amazing experience in purchasing our very first car 2023 Honda CRV EXL. I would like to compliment Mr. Walter Crawford for his exemplary friendly and caring approach that made the process very easy for us. Everyone in Honda Covington Pike were very friendly, helpful and clear with their advice and they were never pushy. We would also like to thank Mr. Trent ( Walter Crawford's Supervisor) and Mr. Elijah of customer financial department for the great service they provided. I highly recommend them.

I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my vehicle was
I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my vehicle was taken back for service. All of employees were very helpful and friendly. Mr Wilkerson did an excellent job of explaining all the work that had been completed.

The person who was my advisor was very helpful and polite
The person who was my advisor was very helpful and polite gave me a lot of info and details about my car I believe his name was deondre he hasn’t been there too long the person who worked on my car didn’t really inspect it good enough my tire light came back on after leaving
