Bought two vehicles from them about a year apart and both vehicles had problems immediately. One even needed a new transmission a couple days into owning. Poor communication as it took 2 months getting it fixed.

The local service provided by Terry and techs were exceptional and completed very quickly. My only frustration continues to be scheduling service, calls are directed to an overseas person with a THICK accent which makes a simple conversations very difficult. And they seeming never have my complete information, even though I've been a customer since 2003? It amazes me every time I call and even the local employees apologize and agree it's a problem.

Victory Honda’s service department always does an excellent job, they get you in and they get you out.

The AIR CONDITIONER on the Impala was within warranty, they had to go to Autozone to get the parts. Then we had to order the expansion valve. 4 trips .
