Spoke with Kim on a Monday afternoon, and she scheduled my Car Doc 5,000 mile service for the next day. When I arrived I was asked who my Service Advisor was, and I advised that I wasn't given an Advisor's name. The person went inside to check who my Advisor was, and when he returned he said he would be my Advisor. I waited just over an hour for the oil change and tire rotation, which exceeded my expectations. Terry was professional, and he explained everything on my multi-point inspection checklist.

Worth Every Mile – Best Honda Dealership in the Nation! I drove over an hour and a half to visit this Honda dealership, and let me tell you — it was worth every single mile. This team is leaps and bounds better than any dealership I’ve experienced, especially compared to my local options. They’ve truly raised the bar for what car buying and service should look like. On June 20, I brought my vehicle in for an update, tire rotation, oil change, and brake inspection, and the service department had everything professionally completed within TWO HOURS. That level of efficiency and excellence is rare and deeply appreciated. But what really set this place apart was the customer service. The team at the front desk were hands-down some of the most helpful, informed, and genuinely kind people I’ve ever interacted with. They made me feel welcomed, respected, and valued — qualities that are often missing in today's customer experience. If there were a national award for dealership service, this team would be top contenders. Major shoutout to Tyler in Sales — the real MVP — for helping me find and secure my dream car. Tyler was patient, knowledgeable, and sincerely excited for me throughout the entire process. It's rare to meet someone who clearly loves helping others and does so with such integrity and passion. Took my money, kept my car for 3 days, and gave me more problems than I came in with. The icing on the cake? They wrote, emailed, and asked me to return because my car needed more work (or did they mean I needed more working over?!). Don’t go…trust the reviews….don’t…I repeat…DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! It’s sad because some of the people were actually trying to work….this review is asking for names. I don’t want to mention names. But it won’t accept submissions….so disregard the names I pick. However management bears responsibility.

Service department is not well run.
Service department is not well run. Waiting 2hrs. Before they tell me they just pulled it in. Heard several others in the lobby with the same issues. One person left after Waiting 3 hours without getting her vehicle fixed.

A victory lap from Victory Honda
Thank you Victory Honda (with new staff and management) that helped me drive my new 2022 Passport AWD EX-L home!!!! I appreciate all of the HARD work you all did to make that happen!!!! I loved my salesman, Mark Logan!!! It was a pleasure talking to him and learning a few things throughout the buying process. He answered all of my questions and assisted with everything to give me additional savings. Mark was very helpful in explaining in detail of what the warranties consisted of. I have purchased 5 Hondas from this particular dealership over the past 25 years. The last vehicle I purchased was in 2011 from Victory Honda. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful thru this crazy time of vehicle inflation. My husband and I are very pleased with our purchase. Mark Logan definitely is the “Super Savings Man”. I'm still doing my "VICTORY" dance!!!! Thank you so much!!!

Money Pit
Don't waste your money!! Actual labor cost wAs nearly $200 per hour! My bill was nearly twice the estimate. Don't walk away RUN! Friendly service does not make up for false advertising and robbery.

No way,no way, would I recommend this service department. The right hand does not know what the left hand id doing. I went for the appointment and it was a waist of time and gas. The tech would not put the part on. I wish I had of know before wasting my time. I was told by the service advisor that they could put the part on the vehicle. It seems like the customer needs to speak to the tech since he is over doing the work not the service advisor. Awful experience at this victory Honda in Jackson tn. This review will not let me send this review unless I select yes to recommend this service center. I do not recommend this service center .
