Bad customer service and bad attitude

I bought a 2008 Acura RDX in 2008 from Acura of Jackson. I drove Honda before and several cars for 10 or more years . The biggest mistake went for a Acura.very bad car. Day one we purchased problems started. 1. Cable from engine to battery was faulty. 2. Locks for car doors stopped working , repaired. 3. CD player does not work. 4. Axle rod got loose 5. Cable connecting to battery messed up again . 6. Again battery power is being drained, guess what the blue tooth stays on and draining the power. Its their recall but I got charged. 7. A/c goes on and off These are some of the main things I remember, every year Acura RDX had problems. 7. Extremely rude service Agent, we call to report our problem , first thing he says is " NO LOANER CAR", and he says " I am going to repeat it to you one more time NO LOANER CAR". Not listening to the purpose of my call. Previously he did the same rude customer service and then called and apologized. 8. Gave my car Friday at 3:00, I was told that " we will call you before closing". Saturday still no call, This is supposed to be luxury cars dealership. when I called Saturday afternoon, they tell me they were under staffed, then offered loaner car, which I never needed. All I wanted was to get my car repaired. 9. If you cannot receive good customer service, why would I want to go buy another Acura.

Great service!

Since I purchased my used MDX, Acura of Jackson has done a great job in servicing my car. They fix right the first time and give great advice.

Good Service

Very friendly and helpful. Nice waiting room if you are waiting for the repairs to be made. Very professional. I will come back to get my car serviced and buy another car here as well.

Tires and Alignment

Great customer service and Friendly staff. The service department is awesome. I’d highly recommend this dealership. The wait time is not extremely long. Awesome Service

Excellent service

The sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable. Great follow-through. Car was ready on time and was washed. A rep called me several days later to see if I was satisfied with the service.

A1B1 service done timely plus a free wash/vac!

Long time customer and I keep coming back because they take care of me without surprises or issues. Said they took too long today so credited me for a free tire rotation!

Oil change

Everything was excellent! Jonathan Adams was wonderful. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He kept me updated the entire time and he went over the paperwork fully as to what I needed to get worked on next with my car!

Melissa

Staff was friendly, service was fast. But they claim to wash and clean vehicle, which they did not do. Changed my radio station. Changed my memory seat setting.
