Crickets from Cannon car sales about my Tundra inquiry. I think either they have gone out of business or no longer sell Toyota Tundras.

Today I took my car into the Toyota dealer in Vicksburg

Today I took my car into the Toyota dealer in Vicksburg MS. Mr. Lionel Major was the Customer Service provider. His customer service is truly a plus for Cannon. He takes time to explain what the mechanic finds wrong. And I truly believe he is an honest person and doesn’t try to take advantage of women who doesn’t know anything about vehicles.

Great service, low dealer fees, no "market adjustment" or

Great service, low dealer fees, no "market adjustment" or expensive and unwanted packages. Was able to customize dealer-installed options (i.e. add roof racks, no floormats, add cargo organizer, etc) to make our van an optimal fit at the best price. Smooth transaction with F&I and delivery. Salesman (Brooke Chadick) showed my wife and me the unit's complex infotainment system and other tech, and made it all very accessible and straightforward. Looking forward to going back for my new Prius Prime Twin Turbo (currently unavailable, but hopefully soon) to spice up the garage alongside the new minivan. Was definitely worth driving in from Panama City and New Orleans to make the deal, and would strongly recommend.

Horrible service

I bought a set of tires for my Toyota Camry. ($1000.00). I was told that I get free rotations and balance for the life of the tires. They told me today that it is only for the initial balance, now they want $150.00 for balance. I will never buy a car from Cannon. This is my last time to come to Cannon Toyota.

The GM, Mr.

The GM, Mr. Crozier not only met our needs, but anticipated them and had everything as taken care of it as much as it could be done. The lady that helped us with the multimedia (Kelsey, maybe?) was great, and she told us we could call with any questions and come back later to go over everything again if we needed to. We traded in a Tacoma and Lionel an Mr. Ward in the service office and all the guys in the service area are awesome.

Great experience at Cannon Honda

Doug Tanner is the reason we went to Cannon Honda and so glad we did. Doug was so easy to work with. Zak Abdeen was our salesman and he has been great. We love our Honda Pilot. Drives like a dream and is so comfortable. I definitely recommend Cannon Honda for your next car. Give Doug and Zak a call for a great experience.

Poor service

Wait time for a simple oil change was over 2 hours. I walked to the shop area and broke up a bullsh-t session. Then they put my truck on the rack. Poor service dept.

worst dealership

this is the worse dealership i have ever delt with i purchased a 2021 Dodge Challenger That Has Been Going In and Out the shop ever since i got it , Fuel Pump went out Transmisson Cable Broke , Alternator went out i needed a sensor a battery and the floater in the gas tank along with my front head light has all went out back to back , i had this car for 90 days and out of 90 days i only drove it for a month because it stays in the shop , and i have been paying out of pocket for every situation even tho i have warranties , i have constanly talk to several people even went in the dealership just to get no help , i asked to speak with a manger not one time was i able to speak with one face to face , the sales associate just was walking back fourth passing me messages from what the manager had said then i was told i was have to get my credit re ranned and put down more money to get out this lemon car i was sold PSA RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP as long as they getting there money they do not care about they customers and its sad
