Once the appointment was made everything was on time and
Once the appointment was made everything was on time and the service was exceptional and quicker than normal. One recommended improvement is to resolve the app issue making an appointment, or add a person to the staff just to handle appointments. This is a very high volume service department when I go in as a customer it is apparent that they are working hard and scrambling to keep up. I will say they are the best service department staff I have seen out of 27 various dealer service departments I have used across the U.S.
