Easy buying experience

Bought a used 2016 Nissan Murano Hybrid from Chris Holly. He was very helpful and answered all my questions even though they're not a Nissan dealership. I did my research and knew what a fair price was for the vehicle and for my well-kept Toyota trade-in as well. They didn't low-ball my trade-in and gave me a fair offer (over 10% more than a local Toyota dealer was willing to give). There's always a lot of paperwork and it can be time-consuming, but the whole process went pretty quickly. Will look to buy from again. Thanks to everyone involved!

Took my 2017 Ram in for service

My service advisor was very helpful. She made sure my Truck was done on time and done completely. And a part needed ordered she had it ordered and scheduled for next day repair. All dealers need prove like this

Stop running my credit

I?m not understanding why they continue to run my credit every 2 weeks for the last 2 months!!! I DID NOT AUTHORIZE IT!!!! STOP RUNNING MY CREDIT!!!!!!!!

Brought a new Jeep it had no oil in it was told it used it all at2k then it would die while driving this was after the oil change was told the bcm,PCM was bad put it in shop they have had it about a week I only had this thing for 3months

Promise

My brother Recommended this place to me I was the second one he told to go there I was told he would receive a referral bonus of a $100. 3 months later nothing I made 4 trips to the place emailed over a lousy 100. I spent $60,000 there Dropping the Mike. On them

Worse service ever

I had my truck towed to Louisville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, after a vehicle theft, for insurance repairs. They took nearly five weeks to fix the ignition switch the thieves broke and they charged over $800. I never received a call that the repair was complete. Aaron was my contact person.
