I was provided all of the information that I needed remotely so I could do my research (Compare reviews. Compare financing options, etc) so I could be confident with my purchase. When at the dealership, we were greeted by pleasant team members and the paperwork was all prepared. We were walked through the paperwork in a clear and organized manner so we knew exactly what we were buying and paying. I am not sure there in one thing that I could add to their process that would have improved the buying experience.
